East Renfrewshire Council is inviting tenders, from suitably experienced contractors to survey, manufacture, and supply and install a range of windows and doors within its housing stock. The work includes but is not limited to : -Provision of a controlled sample of window and door prior to works commencing -Careful removal of windows and doors complete with surrounds and mastic pointing -Making good any finishings and surrounds disturbed by the removal -Supply and install pvcu and/or timber windows and surrounds , doors and door sets -New dpc's to openings and renew mastic pointing -Cleaning windows and doors after installation -Cleaning up site and reinstatement

Renewal: The council reserving the right to extend for up to a further 2 X 12 Month period.
