The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers wishes to commission an insights piece looking at the debrief and lessons process as it is currently used by Resilience Partnerships in Scotland. This will help ensure we are providing Category 1 and 2 responders with the necessary support in order for them to meet their obligations set out in the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (Contingency Planning) (Scotland) Regulations 2005.
