It should offer a clear progression pathway to support and build competence of staff to understand racism and how it can manifest, or be embedded, in workplace cultures and systems. Employers should then be able to effectively address issues impacting staff. The framework will also provide a clear approach to measuring the efficacy of any training undertaken. Renewal: Intention is for work to be completed by 31st March 2022.
