This selection will be through a 2-stage process. The selection will consider issues such as relevant experience, key personnel, planned approach and the availability of resources. Stage 1 will require submission of Quality and Commercial submissions, and Stage 2 will comprise of an interview for the shortlisted consultants. The short-listing will be the 3 highest scoring consultants. Further details are provided in section 3.1 below. APA requires an Expression of Interest (EOI), to be returned within 5 working days of receipt of the ITT if consultants will be submitting a tender. The EOI pro-forma is included in Appendix A.
