SEPA require an Ion Chromatography-Data System (IC-DS) for installation at the SEPA Eurocentral laboratory. The system must be capable of analysing anions and cations in a variety of sample types from standard solutions to dirty sample matrices (high organic content and dissolved salts). Our preference is for a single dual system capable of accommodating both anions and cations, however consideration will be given to tenders offering two separate instruments with one dedicated to each analysis.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016
