A detailed specification for the service required is provided at Appendix F. This should be read and fully understood before submitting a tender response. The service must be implemented and operational by 17th January 2022, only companies who can meet this timescale should submit a tender offer.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two year duration.
