The current systems we have in place and are no longer fit for purpose in order for the teams to have the management information that they need to drive the business forward. Ark is seeking a Management Information System that can provide the following critical business functionality: - An ability to plan and manage staff recruitment and onboarding of employees into Ark - Flexible reporting capabilities; - User friendliness of the system. - Management of employees across the organisation. - Key HR, Payroll and L&D reporting.
