The Contractor shall require to provide Documented Inspections, Thorough Examinations and LOLER Inspections on equipment which will be listed within the tender documents. This contract shall initially be for a period of 3 years with a possibility of a 1 year and 1 year extension The company would be required to supply a web-based Portal, to allow restricted access to all, compliance documentation & registers We will require the following:- Inspection A visual assessment usually visual of the safety related parts of plant which is not a thorough examination Thorough Examination A systematic and detailed examination of plant and safety critical parts or pressure plant and examination of same in accordance with a written scheme. This will require to be carried out a by a competent person in accordance with the statutory regulations. The results of these examination shall be supplied in a written report.
