The scope of the works shall comprise the following: - External Groundworks - External Drainage / Plumbing - Foundation, Brickwork - Soft landscaping Interested companies will have to evidence they have access to a resource of all relevant trades to undertake a contract of this nature. The contract will run for an initial two year duration.
