Lot 1

CGDL seeks to appoint a Design Team comprising of Landscape Architect (Project Lead), Cost Consultant, Civil & Structural Engineer, Services Engineer and Principal Designer in line with RIBA Plan of Work 2020. The successful Landscape Architect led team will be selected to work collaboratively with CGDL and with Contractor's final proposal's to RIBA Stage 7, with Stage Control Boundaries at the end of Stages 2, 3 & 4. Progress beyond Stage 3 or 4 will be dependent on confirmation of capital funding, construction tender and CGDL Board approval.
