The system shall provide the baseline "single source of the truth" for asset specific technical data. - Maintenance management: - Work Order based maintenance plans and history for all assets. - Dockings and Projects - Defect Reporting - Stock Management: - Housing standardised parts registers based upon equipment types. - Company wide stock management at multiple locations. - Technical Procurement: - Management of the ordering of equipment, parts and services from approved suppliers. - Contract & Supplier Management - System Configuration - The ability to work offline and be used on mobile devices as well as on existing vessel networks. - System based reporting. - Workflow based processes across all functionality with granular user and user group based permissions to control user access across system wide. - Integration with the following systems/areas: - Current & potential future CFL corporate finance systems. - CFL corporate data warehouse and business intelligence functions. - 3rd party systems e.g. condition monitoring/shipboard control systems etc'. - Configuration of system and implementation across fleet with training of users, inclusive of initial data infill from CFL baselined data sources.
