The brief and scope of phase 2 will focus on several complex proprietary phases which will be investigated by the appointed design team. There will be a complex sequence delivering temporary accommodation enabling a significant de-cant, the tower will be demolished and a new educational facility delivered. There will be a light touch refurbishment of the existing listed Victorian Building and finally a landscape scheme will complete the phasing.
