These options are to be used by the Shetland Islands Council as guidance for the strategic and technical requirements to achieve the aims of the EES: ABS programme. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The procurement is a regulated procurement governed by the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 ("the Regulations") and the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. The procedure being followed is a Restricted Procedure with a view to inviting five economic operators to tender. The type of contract to be awarded is a NEC3 Professional Services Contract. The conditions of the contract are the core clauses and the clauses for the main option selected, which are detailed further in the Contact Data.
