Lot 1

Provision of a Unified Communications and Contact Platform (UCCP) to replace existing telephony systems, contact platforms, workforce optimisation, call recording solutions and analytics for Police Scotland. This contract includes all goods and services needed to deliver the UCCP solution including all necessary Software & Licensing, Hardware, Hosting, Professional Services, Training, Call Package & Rental and Support & Maintenance.

Options: The contract is being awarded for an initial five year period and includes options to extend for a further two additional one year periods. The cost of these additional extensions has been included in the total contract value published in the Award Notice. The contract includes a Continuous Improvement Schedule to allow the procurement of additional goods and services which offer ongoing improvements to the operational solution and to cater for the emergence of new and evolving technologies which could enhance the UCCP solution and/or the provision of the Services. Any such changes will be progressed through the Contract Variation process in accordance with Regulation 72 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
