West Lothian Council award a professional and capable term measured contractor for the carrying out of Installations and Repairs to Ventilations Systems in non-housing properties located within the geographical area of West Lothian. There will also be a requirement to provide an emergency call out service, including outwith normal working hours, for the duration of the contract, to attend and rectify faulty Ventilation Systems & Equipment The timescale for carrying out this work will be detailed on the Works Order based on the priorities outlined in the Contract Particulars. The contractor will be required to use WLC's Concerto Property Asset Management System. Re: SPD Q3D.1, 3D.2 & 3D.3 Bidders to answer these on Environmental, social& labour law in relation to compliance with regulations covering Scotland &UK.
