### Lot Information

Lot 1

The provider is required to deliver: - An online tool which will be available for use by all staff within Crown Estate Scotland, this should provide individuals with increased self-awareness in terms of communication and workings styles and how to work effectively with others in their team and across the business. - A report/ profile which all staff will have access to, and which gives them tips and techniques to build effective relationships. - Facilitated sessions (either face to face in our Glenlivet and Edinburgh offices or online, or a mix of this) which support teams to explore approaches to communication, insights into different working style and perspectives, and build effective collaboration techniques. - Line management and leadership training (in groups) which focuses on management and leadership styles and how to build staff engagement. - Provides staff and managers with the tools to navigate the challenges and opportunities resulting from continued remote working and a hybrid approach to work. - Supports us to continue to foster an inclusive workplace by building an understanding of different working styles and perspectives. - Price should include any required equipment and the provision of handbooks to all attendees and all materials / consumables required for the course. We are flexible on the approach taken to effectively deliver these outcomes. The bidder should detail their recommended approach and how this will support us to build effective teams. If the provider feels that other/different options/elements would be useful then please advise in response. In addition to the core services described above, bidders should also provide options for coaching to line managers and leaders across the business.. Cost includes core services and options detailed within ITT

Options: In case of any restrictions imposed which are outwith the control of either party resulting in delays to service delivery timescales may be extended by up to three months. Optional coaching if required to be priced separately. Budget estimate does not include this and if any of these options are exercised it is not expected to exceed 7,000 GBP above the estimate for core services.
