The Mini Competition contained two geographical sub-lots as detailed below to ensure that the travelling distances and times to/from the reprocessors' facilities are maintained to a minimum. Lot 2 - Treatment of Paper, Cardboard, News & Pams 2.1 -- Call Off Contract for Fibre Mix (North Area) 2.2 - Call Off Contract for Fibre Mix (South Area) The Council reserved the right to appoint one or more contractors under each Mini Competition based on each geographical sub-lot. The call-off contract is subject to a payment mechanism based on variable factors and so the value may alter based on market changes throughout the contract period The contract will run for a period of three years from 01 April 2022 - 30 September 2023 with the option to extend for a further period of up to 18 months.
