Private Rented Properties: Address and postcode, property type (including size and beds), cost of deposit required, rent per month, type of let (long term or short term let, holiday let or regular short term let), full property let or room available, whether it is accessible to those on LHA/benefit, Energy Efficiency features (EPC, Double Glazing etc), adaptations (wet floor shower, wheelchair accessible etc), date first listed, date let.
