NHS Education for Scotland (NES) is looking to redesign and review its current Workforce dashboards, associated data pipeline and infrastructure. The review and redesign process aims to provide relevant, up to date Workforce data to end-users. The priority is to review and automate current ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for all the dataflows within the People Data Platform and provide dashboards with low-level security to view data at organisational, departmental and supervisor levels. This project will concentrate on incorporating and a full review of the current ETL process and dashboards, assessing key indicators, and redesigning the Workforce dashboards provided through Microsoft Power BI.. The value of the initial contract period is 39,000 GBP. Should the options to extend (2 x 12 months) be taken then the maximum value over the 3years would not exceed 109,000GBP.

Renewal: NES propose to award the contract for the period from March 2022 to 31st March 2023 with the option to extend by 2 x 12 months, subject to identification of further priorities and associated budget.
