The tenderer is required to provide a product, or range of products that will deliver the following services: 1. Upstream oil and gas: - upstream oil and gas field data for the UKCS; and - data and information on company portfolios, asset valuation and financials and corporate ownership activity on the UKCS. - analysis of developments in upstream oil and gas markets. 2. Downstream and oil and gas product markets: - downstream petroleum industry data including historic trends and forecasts for metrics such as refining markets, product markets or refined product prices at a global level - analysis of developments in global downstream oil and gas markets.
