## Notice

These are currently residential, nursing, dementia, specialist dementia and complex care. EHSCP will assess and refer all potential residents to the service. The Provider will be expected to accept all residents assessed as suitable for the care home unless there are significant concerns around safety of existing residents. The opportunity includes the leasing and maintenance of the building(s) and this lease is held with the Council. It is anticipated the annual value of both contracts will be in the region of 4,700,000 GBP. Values are subject to change.
