## Notice

Bidders must take account of these requirements within their Tender as no recompense or loss will be paid to the Successful Bidder should Bridgewater Housing Association apply these requirements during the Four-Year programme.Bridgewater Housing Association's anticipated Programme requires painting and decoration services by the successful Bidder to the properties described within Tender Document 4 'Master Property List' over the four-year cycle commencing on Monday 23rd May 2022. Bridgewater Housing Association's Programme over the four-year cycle is anticipated to be;* Year One, 2018, commencing on 22nd May 2022;* Year Two, 2019, commencing on 3rd April 2023;* Year Three, 2020, commencing on 3rd April 2024;* Year Four, 2021, commencing on 7th April 2025.
