## Summary

National Museums Scotland is conducting a procurement process entitled "2022 All Colleague Survey and embedding of survey framework / platform," located in Edinburgh, UK. This procurement falls under the services industry category and is currently in the Award stage, following its completion on 21 April 2022. The tender was initiated on 16 March 2022, with submissions required by 30 March 2022, and involves an open procurement method. The organisation seeks a qualified supplier to complete a comprehensive colleague survey and establish a long-term surveying framework.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specializing in survey design, employee engagement, and organisational development. Companies equipped to manage and analyse employee feedback, particularly those offering innovative surveying platforms, would be well-positioned to compete. With the potential for additional purchases and ongoing support required, this contract could be particularly appealing to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) looking to collaborate with public sector organisations and expand their clientele.

Our main requirements are as follows: Measuring the cultural change at NMS over the period since the last People Survey in 2018 against the identified outcomes of the People and Organisational Development Strategy and measure the impact of the actions delivered in the action plan; Providing information to inform the development of an organisation-wide and underpinning departmental action plans, based on current organisational issues and their level of criticality to our colleagues; Providing a benchmark with other public and private comparative organisations; Embedding a robust framework for surveying colleagues in the future, both full surveys and pulse surveys which is on-going and done in a more timely, targeted and proactive manner, allowing as close to real time feedback as possible.. Full survey to be rolled out to all colleagues week commencing 06/06/2022. Inception meeting can happen immediately after awarding.
