To provide a court advice and representation Service for Council tenants facing action for rent arrears. To provide people who have rent arrears at the stage of Court Proceedings and Notice of Proceedings, with advice and information to ensure they are not evicted. Priority will be given to those with court proceedings. The Service Provider will aim to continually improve the Service to achieve best value.
