Lot 1

East Lothian Council is seeking to procure emergency accommodation, which are tailored to resident's needs and can adapt by flexing capacity whilst having a focus on value for money and allows continued change and improvement. Providers must have a property identified in order to apply.. Please refer to the Schedule 1- ITT document for more information on the Flexible Framework Agreement.

Options: 2 years flexible agreement with option for 1 + 1 extension.

Renewal: 2 years with option for additional two years extension. 2 + 1 (12 months) + 1 (12 months)
