### Lot Information

Lot 1

The contractor must carry out a survey of assets on the full steam system at the beginning of the contract period. Using the asset survey, the contractor will set out a schedule of servicing for all assets. Servicing to include: Inspection, testing and servicing of all assets listed, according to the service schedule. See Specification for full details.

Renewal: An extension period of 12 months will be an available option.
