## Summary

The Pitlochry Festival Theatre (PFT), a renowned cultural organisation located in Pitlochry, UK, is in the planning stage for its significant Redevelopment Project. This tender, with an estimated value of £2.27 million, aims to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team to undertake the reconfiguration of its main building, support facilities, and landscape, in alignment with the RIBA Stages 1-7 framework. The anticipated start date for contract execution is September 2022, and the project is designed to enhance PFT's capacity to manage diverse performances and offer improved visitor experiences.

This procurement presents ample opportunities for businesses specialising in architectural and engineering services, landscape architecture, theatre consultancy, and planning expertise. Companies that can provide innovative design solutions and have experience working on substantial artistic or cultural projects will find this tender particularly relevant. Engaging in this project could enable businesses to expand their portfolio while contributing to the enhancement of a key cultural venue, ultimately fostering long-term partnerships within the local arts community.
