## Summary

South Ayrshire Council is currently in the planning stage for the procurement of a Flexible Family Wellbeing Service, titled "CE-36-22 Proposed Provision of a Family Wellbeing Service." This tender is aimed at service providers capable of delivering comprehensive support to families with children aged 0 to 12 years, particularly those facing multiple adversities. The location for this service provision includes the Ayr and Ayr North area, as well as the Carrick area, covering localities such as Ayr, Prestwick, and Maybole. Interested parties must submit their expressions of interest by 26th April 2022, following guidelines outlined under Regulation 40 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The procurement falls under the category of services and concerns the general public services sector.

This tender presents a notable opportunity for businesses specialising in social services, family support, and community outreach. Organisations that offer trauma-informed care, early intervention, and personalised support for families would be particularly well-suited to compete. By engaging with South Ayrshire Council, these businesses can contribute to meaningful community development while potentially expanding their own service offerings and client base in the region.
