### Lot Information

Lot 1

The waste routes in the vehicle routing software will be provided to collection crews on mobile 'in-cab' devices and the system will be integrated with customer facing systems Additionally, recycling bins will be fitted with RFID 'chips' to improve data collection and operational management. This will allow the daily high volumes of transactions to be managed more effectively (better, faster, cheaper) through enhanced operational controls, fully digitised case flows (e.g. missed bin reports) and effective use of management information and performance monitoring to drive service improvement.. The capital elements of the project are being funded through the Recycling Infrastructure Fund, managed by Zero Waste Scotland.

Options: Contingency of 50,000GBP has been included.
