An improved understanding of the different routes into and out of homelessness will help us address gaps in provision and make Scotland's homelessness system more responsive to people's needs. ### Lot Information Lot 1 We envisage this research being conducted in several stages but we would also like suppliers to include ideas and detail about how they would conduct the research fieldwork and ensure the quality of data analysis and reporting outputs. The first stage should include a review of existing evidence on hidden homelessness in Scotland.
