Assistance with clinical support and traiining will be required throughout the fraemwork period It is also expected that tenderers have the capacity to manage the full ordering and delibvery process via an aappropraite secure software application such as teleservice, online portal. To support community delivery via the management of health board bespoke patient prescription data, and also have the delviery capability to meet the expected cycles for home and care home deliveries.
