### Lot Information

Lot 1

The overarching aim of this research is to explore attitudes of domestic property owners in Scotland to the imposition of regulatory standards for both zero emissions heating and energy efficiency in domestic properties over the time period out to 2045. The research should explore the attitudes of owners of a variety of different housing types and across a range of different sociodemographic groups, including (but not limited to) geographic location (urban, urban with substantial rural, mainly rural, islands and remote rural), as well as gender, age, ethnicity, and socio-economic status. The priority group for investigation is owner-occupiers, however, we welcome proposals that encompass other domestic property owners (e.g. landlords).
