The service is administered by the Council's Facilities Management Catering Services (FMCS) which oversees the delivery of meals from 39 production kitchens to other schools, nurseries, and lunch clubs within the Edinburgh catchment area. The Council requires a single contractor to deliver the service and would like to gauge market interest in this opportunity to shape any ensuing route to market and determine organisation's capacity and capability to provide such a service.
