Options: This contract is for the establishment of a fixed term and price agreement for the supply of Rotary Evaporators and Vacuum Pump Systems and related consumables, accessories and service. It is envisaged shall be provided to the University for three (3) years with scope of a maximum spend of GBP 160,000.00 in the first instance, however if this spend threshold has not been reached we reserve the right to extend by a further period until the spend threshold has been reached, this will be subject to need and satisfactory.
