The full installation shall comply with the conditions laid down in the supplied Standard Conditions of Contract contained within the provided Bill Guides, Drawings, Work Notes, Schedules, costs to be inclusive of covid-19 addended documentation for onsite special measures and Specifications. It is highly recommended that tenderers visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works required and the introduced covid 19 measures as no reparation/additions can be paid at a later date for the lack of such knowledge. Phone 01334659452 To remove existing, Supply and fit mechanical/plumbing works for new accessible toilet all as per drawings M(50)001 and Sanitaryware and accessories (74) Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23, or their tender shall be deemed non-Compliant. Tenderers should note that all associated builder/making good work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6: - Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffolding, access platforms or mechanical lifting/hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval has been received.
