## Summary

The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, located at 20a Inverleith Row, Edinburgh (EH3 5LR), has concluded a public procurement process for a "Market Research – Customer Survey". This initiative falls within the "Education" industry category and involves providing services to monitor and evaluate visitor satisfaction levels at their gardens, including those at Edinburgh, Dawyck, Benmore, and Logan. The procurement was executed through an open procedure, with the tender period ending on 25th May 2022. The contract for this project was awarded to Scotinform Ltd on 4th July 2022 and carries a value of £25,000.

This tender represents significant opportunities for businesses engaged in market research and customer surveys, particularly those focusing on visitor experience and satisfaction assessment. Companies with expertise in data analysis, customer feedback mechanisms, and visitor profiling would be well-suited to participate in similar future tenders. Additionally, businesses capable of conducting surveys across various locations would benefit from this procurement due to the multi-site nature of the Royal Botanic Garden's operations. Firms looking to grow their market presence in the public sector should consider engaging with the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh for future contracts as they continue to enhance visitor experiences.
