This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in programme management, evaluation support, and services aimed at youth development. Companies with expertise in delivering trauma-informed, person-centred services for young people aged 10 to 25, particularly those addressing antisocial behaviour and Adverse Childhood Experiences, would be well-positioned to compete.
