The scope of Lot 3E is the delivery of Fitting, Repair and Refurbishment services of Floor Coverings as detailed in the Invitation to Tender documents and appendices to multiple sites and locations in the East of Scotland (Edinburgh, Lothian and Borders), as detailed in Appendix E - List of Institutions.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period of up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.

Lot 3F - Fitting, Repair and Refurbishment Services (South West of Scotland (Greater Glasgow, Argyll, Renfrewshire & Ayrshire))
