This will include but not be limited to revised layout, new small power & data, new lighting, new boilers, heating pipework, radiators, hot & cold water services, partitions, floor coverings, decoration, outdoor playground i.e. Planting, pergola, turfing etc. There will be a decant facility located within the playground allowing for permanent decant of the nursery and phased decant of classrooms throughout the works project, so phasing of the works will require to be facilitated and coordinated by the principal contractor.
