Room Monitoring - APC StruxureWare Expert & Netbotz Monitoring systems

Renewal: The maintenance and servicing contract will run for an initial fixed cost period of 3 years, renewable annually subject to suitable contract performance, in the form of 1+1+1 years. Contract Extension - An optional extension period of 2 years may be exercised at the end of year 3 of the contract in the same format, subject to agreement on pricing and scope of work.
