We would welcome your proposals about the best way to achieve this. Identify what is the appropriate level of investment to merit a Market Rent Only exemption, the first consultation proposed GBP35,000 or 1.5 times annual rent, whichever is higher, and what might be the impact of setting such a level. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Food and Drink Division of the Scottish Government are commissioning economic analysis and modelling to support the development of a Scottish Pubs Code for tied pubs.
