### Lot Information

Lot 1

RBGE is fully committed to the safety and security of its staff, our collections and visitors. A fully integrated security system exists comprising CCTV network, access control system, intruder detection and alarm system. These systems are managed on the Hi Sec Thorguard control platform. We seek an approved organisation relevant experience and staff who will undertake the recommended testing, servicing, maintenance and provision of the various systems across the 3 separate locations at Edinburgh, Dawyck and Logan gardens.

Options: The Contracting authority may require additions or amendments to the existing security systems during the contract period

Renewal: The contracting authority may with agreement of the supplier extend the contract by 12 months on two instances to bring the total contract term to 5 years
