To ensure that all data captured from these systems is easily accessible, it is essential that each system has the ability for software integration via a real time web based portal. This portal shall create a single point of contact for all real time data relating to both systems and be capable of generating bespoke reporting to suit the Council's requirements. ### Lot Information Lot 1 As detailed in section ii.i.4 The output requirements for each system is detailed below. At this stage GCC has not determined a procurement route and are currently exploring two options. Option 1 Secure a single supplier to supply and fit all elements of the hardware and software. Ensuring full system integration and liability for the account management and warranty. Option 2 Undertake a single procurement inclusive of lots for both elements where bidders can decide to either bid for one or both elements. Lot 1 Telematics Hardware and Software Solution Lot 2 Vehicle Weighing System Hardware and Software The contract would specify the requirement for integration of both the software/ web based management portal therefore leaving the liability with the supplier to ensure this.
