## Notice

The scope of works is envisaged to include; - Replacement of existing mainstream bathrooms with wet floor bathrooms or shower rooms; - Replacement of existing mainstream bathrooms with level access tray shower rooms; - Replacement or installation of extract ventilation fans; - Electrical works; - Wet wall laminated wall boarding or ceramic tiling; - Replacement or new installations of individual or multiple components including sanitaryware, wall, floor and ceiling finishes, electrical and lighting works and grabrails; - Builderswork including plaster, plasterboard or timber finishing works; - Creation of level access facilities to external entrances; and - Any other medical adaptation works to existing dwellings required by the customer or their occupational therapist.
