The works extend to: replacement of the RAAC roof planks with pre fabricated insulated roof panels, including built up felt finish; replacement of suspended ceilings; replacement of internal services such as lighting, smoke detection and ventilation ductwork; reinstatement of CCTV and speaker systems; replacement floor coverings; internal redecoration.. Re: SPD Q3D.1, 3D.2 and 3D.3 Bidders should answer these questions on Environmental, social and labour law in relation to compliance with the regulations covering Scotland and the UK.
