The first year of the contract will be focused on removing central heating systems from a central plant room and installing a separate central heating boiler/system in each house. Boiler positions will need to be decided at marchin/survey stage and will either be sited in the kitchen or bedroom in properties that haven't had a central heating boiler previously. It is envisaged that not all properties will require the same level of work. The extent of works within each property will therefore be decided during the marchin/survey process.
