The renewal of the Scotland Excel Framework for Frozen Foods went live in April 2022 for a period of 4 years to 31 March 2026, with no option to extend. A review of this Framework resulted in our incumbent supplier, Brakes Bros Ltd, being the highest ranked supplier out of all 12 suppliers listed on the Framework The Council's Procurement Service have identified a suitable and accessible Framework as follows: Scotland Excel Framework (SXL) Frozen Foods (11-20): Lot 1 Frozen Foods Lot 2 Associated Products OJEU Reference Number: 2021/S 000-012426 Framework Period: 01 April 2022 to 31 March 2026 with no option to extend. The call-off contract period is from 30 May 2022 - 29 May 2024 with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
