Create an engagement and communication plan to ensure buy-in and understanding across HES; and Design and implement a new pay structure. HES has circa 1,400 staff within seven directorates: Operations, People, Finance & Corporate Services, Cultural Assets, External Relations & Partnerships, Heritage and Marketing & Engagement. We operate across two headquarter buildings in Edinburgh with staff within Operations Directorate at 80+ locations across Scotland in a variety of roles from architects, stone masons, administration, retail stewards to marketing executives and many more.
