HES requires the consultancy to work in partnership with us to: Design and implement a new job evaluation process for HES and evaluate current jobs; Undertake salary and benefits benchmarking of existing salaries and allowances within HES; Produce a report overviewing the proposals, benefits and implementation plans to be used for sign off with the Executive Leadership Team, Board and Scottish Government. Create an engagement and communication plan to ensure buy-in and understanding across HES; and Design and implement a new pay structure. HES has circa 1,400 staff within seven directorates: Operations, People, Finance & Corporate Services, Cultural Assets, External Relations & Partnerships, Heritage and Marketing & Engagement. We operate across two headquarter buildings in Edinburgh with staff within Operations Directorate at 80+ locations across Scotland in a variety of roles from architects, stone masons, administration, retail stewards to marketing executives and many more. We have approximately 400 distinct, individual roles
