### Lot Information

Leadership and Management

UHI Moray is seeking bids from those able to provide the specified Associate Trainer services as outlined in this document. The services will be provided to UHI Moray on a call off basis subject to demand by the client.

Renewal: The Contract will be for a duration of 12 months from the Contract Start Date with an option for UHI Moray to extend it by three periods of 12 months (3x12 months) subject to satisfactory completion of all aspects of the contract to date. The maximum contract period will therefore be 48 months.

Mental Health

UHI Moray currently provide a training and consultancy service which they are looking to expand and grow to align with the significant demand for a variety of commercial training courses including, Leadership & Management, Hospitality and Mental Health.
