The Digital Partner contract has two fundamental purposes:- - To complement and supplement in-house Digital skills that will enable ISD to mitigate the risks associated with legacy systems; to ensure the infrastructure, applications and data estate is kept up-to-date and maintained in accordance with best Digital management practices; and to lead innovation, exploit Digital practices and technologies and be in the best position possible to deliver current and future services effectively. - To measurably enhance the capabilities of teams and individuals in ISD at each phase by providing skills and knowledge transfer that builds sustainable capability in Digital methods and tools. This will also increase the self-sufficiency of leadership roles to enable ISD to embed such methods and skills across its teams.
